Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of the time they are placed.
  •  Most orders are shipped USPS. 
  •  While we do offer 2-day express shipping, addresses in remote areas can sometimes take three days. 
  •  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.  

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped USPS
  • There is a flat rate fee of $18 USD when shipping to: Australia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, New Zealand and the U.K. Any other countries have a flat rate fee of $30 USD
  • Tariffs, customs/import fees, additional taxes and the like are the international customer's responsibility and are not included in the total price of your order.

Returns/Exchanges

  • All sales are final on Accessories, Sunglasses, Undergarments, Sale Items and Art.
  • Clothing purchases may exchanged or returned for store credit only.
  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable and is not included in the store credit amount.
  • Please obtain an RA (return authorization) Number if you have an item you would like to return. Items shipped back without an RA# on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
  • To exchange or return an item for Store Credit and obtain an RA#: Email us at: zoe.boutique@gmail.com Please include your order number, name, phone number, email address and reason for the return. If it's easier, you can always give us a call - 520-740-1201 and we will help you over the phone.
  • Return requests must be made, and shipped within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. 
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached and be odor free. Please do not wear and try to return. 
  • Items returned that are not in their original condition will not receive credit and will be returned to you.
  • If you wish to exchange your merchandise for another item, please list the item in your email (or let us know over the phone).
