US Returns

  • All sales are final on Accessories, Sunglasses, Undergarments, Sale Items and Art
  • Clothing may be returned for full refund or store credit
  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to obtain an RA#(Return Authorization Number)
  • RA# must be written on outside of package and the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving the purchase to receive store credit or refund
  • To obtain an RA# Email us at: zoe.boutique@gmail.com Please include your order number and name, and reason for the return. If it's easier, you can call us at 520-740-1201 and we will help you over the phone.
  • Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer
  • Shipping costs incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached and be odor free. Please do not wear and try to return. 
  • Items returned that are not in their original condition will not receive credit and will be returned to you.
  • If you wish to exchange your merchandise for another item, please list the item in your email (or let us know over the phone).

**Always retain your tracking number for your returned package. We are not responsible for lost items. Your tracking number is your proof that the package was shipped and received.**
